Catholic Faith in Auslan

We are still having Masses at Our Lady of the Assumption Church at Homebush on 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays each month at 11am. We hold Masses at St Bernadette's Catholic Church, Lalor Park until 18th June, 2023 on 3rd Sundays at 10am.

From July 16 onwards, we also have Mass at Saint Paul's Catholic Church, Winston Hills on 3rd Sundays at 9.30am.  In relation to Mass,  we are providing a livestream Mass each Sunday.

An Auslan interpreter is always there with Fr Michael and at least one Ephpheta Staff which are Liz and/orDavid a deaf person. David sometimes does the interpreting as a Deaf interpreter. This Mass is livestreamed so you can watch it on Facebook or later on our Ephpheta website.

You can also watch Mass For You At Home hosted by Channel 10 at 6am with Auslan interpreters. You can watch it on TenPlay anytime, which is a online streaming service but it does not have captions. You can also watch the YouTube version of the Mass For You At Home but the captions are not professional.

At the Ephpheta Centre, we make a range of presentations and materials on catholic and other religious topics accessible in Auslan.
