Combined Men & Women's Day Out - 24th October
Join us for a private tour of Bare Island Fort at La Perouse! In 1885 British colonists thought an invasion by Russia was about to happen. To ease their fears, they built Bare Island Fort to protect Botany Bay. Since then it has developed a very interesting history - it has been an object of military pride, a place of shocking secrets and even been used as a location for a famous movie!
After the tour we will have lunch at a nearby café together at your own cost.
When and Where: Thursday 24 October - meet at 10am for a 10:30am start Kamay Botany Bay National Park - La Perouse area. Meeting Point: cross the wooden bridge and meet at the Bare Island gate.
Cost: $15 and lunch at your own cost
