Deaf Women's Day Out - 18th August

Join us for a fun and creative day trying a pottery class! We will head down south to the beautiful area of Bundeena for a fun day out!

We will learn some pinching and shaping techniques to transform a ball of clay into a teacup. We will have the chance to decorate using different patterns and chose what colour the teacup will be.

We will make the teacups on the day but leave them to be air dried, glazed and double kiln fired. This process takes 4-6 weeks then we are able to take our teacups home!

We can all meet, catch the train and ferry together and have lunch together at your own cost before the activity. Pottery will be at 1.30pm.

When and Where: Thursday 18 August. We will meet at Central train station.

We will give a detailed travel plan when you RSVP.
